Simple Avocado Toast
A refreshing, tasty and filling toast that makes a quick and healthy meal!
- 1/2 Avocado Slice the long way in thin strips
- 2 slices bread of choice (GF bread pictured)
- 5 sliced cherry tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp hummus Red pepper flavored, pictured
- sprinkle salt and pepper
- Toast the slices of bread
- Spread hummus on toast
- Top with sliced avocado
- Add sliced tomato
- Sprinkle salt and pepper
