  • 1/2 Avocado Slice the long way in thin strips
  • 2 slices bread of choice (GF bread pictured)
  • 5 sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 3 Tbsp hummus Red pepper flavored, pictured
  • sprinkle salt and pepper


  • Toast the slices of bread
  • Spread hummus on toast
  • Top with sliced avocado
  • Add sliced tomato
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper
