Ingredients
  

  • 2 handfuls fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 full sized carrots
  • 1 med-large apple with no core
  • 1 whole avocado remove pit
  • 1 cup Coconut milk carton
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • 1.5 cup frozen mango

Instructions
 

  • In large blender, add spinach, carrots, apple, avocado, both milks
  • Blend well until smooth and like a whole milk consistency (add more liquid if too thick)
  • Add frozen mango and blend again. Always add more liquid (milk or water) if blender needs it to blend food.
