Turmeric Chocolate Drink Mix (A coffee alternative)

I had to give up coffee after 25+ years.I used to drink coffee daily until I realized the impacts it had on my body. The caffeine triggered PAC episodes. The acidity caused acid reflux. t affected my anxiety jitters too. I love the warmth and comfort of a morning drink so I came up with this one after being inspired by similar recipes.
I appreciate the health affects of the ingredients and the chocolate from the hot chocolate I use in mine. NOTE 1: Keep in mind, that the size of this recipe will last you a few weeks, depending on how much you use for each of your servings (I use large mugs). NOTE 2: You can easily adjust the flavor ratios based on your desired taste. (i.e. less turmeric or ginger, or add a little more hot chocolate, etc..)
ALTERNATIVE: I will also include a way to make it using cocoa powder and honey too. The variation does NOT have the other healthy ingredients (mushrooms) found in the chocolate mix.
